The fragile workers to whom the law refers are those identified by the paragraph 2 of article 26 i.e. “public and private employees holding a certification released by the forensic bodies in charge, attesting an at-risk condition originating from immunosuppression or oncologic pathologies’ results or from the relative life-saving treatments, included workers holding a certification recognizing profound disability, on the basis of article 3, paragraph 3 of Law 5 February 1992, n. 104 [...]” (Source: Inail, Superabile)
