The presentation reports the first findings of a qualitative research, run out from June to September 2020, aimed to identify some key issues of the discourse on the aging of the workforce and innovation 4.0 in the healthcare sector, for how this is organized among different stakeholders - providers, trade unions and employers, companies, research institutions – called for the survey as subjects directly involved in promotion, use and development of digital solutions for the development of their services.
