dc.description.abstractIn Italy, weak economic growth is linked to limited business investment, which hinders the accumulation of human and physical capital. This study examines whether worker training leads to positive changes within firms, particularly when training is discussed with a supervisor. Using a probit model and data from the ROLA survey, we assess the impact of training funded by Fondimpresa on innovation and sustainability. The findings show that discussing training with supervisors enhances its positive effects.
