Presentation. This presentation is centered on the concept of ‘Payment by Results’ (PbR) especially applied in UK. PbR is a way of commissioning services where service providers are paid for outcomes rather than its inputs, outputs or processes. PbR has been recognised as an important part of the UK Government's strategy on Social Justice. PbR is part of a wider shift in the way public services are delivered, in order to introduce more competition, and involve the private and voluntary sector to deliver improved efficiency, performance and greater levels of innovation. 29/11/2012
