dc.description.abstractL'intervento illustra il Decreto Legislativo n. 115 del 9 luglio 2024 in cui viene stabilito il quadro normativo per l'individuazione, la validazione e la certificazione delle competenze relative alle qualifiche professionali, di competenza del Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali. Gli obiettivi principali si possono riassumere nelle maggiori opportunità per gli individui di sviluppare le proprie competenze e rendere la spendibilità e la portabilità delle stesse più efficace.
