Abstract
Article. L’articolo presenta i risultati del progetto: “IT – Implementation of the
European Agenda for Adult Learning”, conclusosi nell’ottobre 2014. L’obiettivo del progetto è stato duplice: da un lato sensibilizzare gli stakeholder nazionali e locali sul tema dell’Adult Learning (AL), dall’altro, diffondere esperienze rilevanti, in relazione all’apprendimento in età adulta, promuovendone la trasferibilità nei contesti meno sviluppati. Le proposte, presentate in esito all’articolo sono il frutto delle riflessioni svolte nel corso di tali attività nei focus group e nelle conferenze nazionali, delle analisi ricavate dalle interviste a testimoni privilegiati, dalla letteratura nazionale ed europea e dalla lettura dei dati. Tali riflessioni intendono fornire un contributo per favorire decisioni politiche e organizzative più adeguate in materia di apprendimento in età adulta per il Paese.
The article presents the results of the project: “IT - Implementation of the European Agenda for Adult Learning” 2012-2014. The goal of the project was twofold: on the one hand sensitize national and local stakeholders on the Adult Learning (AL), on the other, disseminate relevant experiences in relation to adult learning, promoting the transferability to contexts less developed. The results of the territorial activities are briefly presented, as well as the dissemination and information activities held through the nine thematic focus groups and the three national conferences. The recommendations, in the final chapter of the article, are the results of the discussions held in the course of the focus groups and national conferences, as well as the outcome of analysis derived from interviews with witnesses, and from national and European literature and data. These recommendations aim at fostering adequate political and organizational decisions for the adult learning system in the country.
